Knowledge Base document: Support for Autodesk Network License Manager on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2
This document above mentions that Autodesk NLM that uses FLEXlm® version 10.8 is not supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2. It does not say anything about the 11.4 version that actually is included with AutoCAD 2008. Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 is not mentioned in the document below so it seems that 11.4 is either not supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2. Probably it will work anyway but there might be problems.
