JTB World’s freeware License Borrowed Dialog Closer 1.1 for AutoCAD is available on Autodesk App Store.
When you use a borrowed network license and want to prevent the "License Borrowed" message from showing up every single time you start AutoCAD this app is for you.
Version 1.1 fixed a bug that could cause other windows with License Borrowed in the title to close. AutoCAD 2017 is also supported.
