I find this post very useful, so, I would recommend it to google for displaying it first on the list for keywords: "export complete autocad", or something like that..

We receive an error when attempting the export custom settings program "an error....in xml document (12824, 19)

Unfortunately I don't know why you get this error.
ReplyDeleteI have tried this to distribute customizations for my team. It never works. After launching the 'Import AutoCAD 2008 Setting' and selecting the *.zip file that had been previously exported, nothing happens. The process (AdMigrator.exe) is running but is just hanging there. Typical horrible AutoDesk programming. I can't wait to get rid of ALL AutoDesk products here and go with MicroStation. We do serious 3D modeling for petrochem plants and AutoCAD just doesn't cut it.
