SSMpropeditor Yes. May be preset to a limited number of sheets in the set.

I will think about that idea. Right now you can use the program in Read Only mode for free but I will consider to add ability to have edit mode if the number of sheets are less than X number of sheets. Not sure what X would be but maybe 10-20 something.
