Elliptical helix in AutoCAD 2007
I posted this tip at AUGI forums a time ago.
Here is the way I did an elliptical helix in 3D:
Create a helix with the new Helix command. Explode the helix. Make a block of it. Insert it with different x and y scale. Explode it. Sweep it.
